A take charge kind of guy, Greg is always willing to work with and lead a group. But, he is equally capable of taking a project from start to finish by himself. Either way, he has an good eye for seeing the whole picture and organizing the project though its completion.

At age 18, Greg planned, organized, shipped and setup a 20 X 20 island booth at Comdex in Las Vegas - an almost impossible one-man job.  He subsequently completed the shipping and setup of many such booths at shows for the next 4 years all over the United States.

In another role, Greg was involved with the development of software for medical claims which included the first electronic claims process in the state of Oklahoma.

Next, Greg owned and operated a fire protection business in Eastern Oklahoma with over 250 clients ranging from small stores to schools to large manufacturing plants.

Greg joined SCFM in 2001 when the company moved to the current location and has worked in many roles:  beginning with shop mechanic, maintenance, I.T. manager, procurement supervisor and now Shop Manager.

When not at SCFM Greg enjoys his time with both of his daughters and wife. He enjoys fishing, hunting and anything on top of or below the water. He has volunteered along with his wife, Angela, as a diver for the Oklahoma Aquarium.  He is an avid water skier and enjoys time in the mountains of Taos, New Mexico snow skiing.


Rich Faust, CFO

Rich is not your typical CFO.  He began his working career by serving in the U.S. Army as a Helicopter Mechanic / Crew Chief.  After serving three years on active duty and becoming a Sergeant, Rich moved to Amarillo, Texas to work in final assembly for Bell Helicopter.  He also served in the Texas Army National Guard as a Squad Leader.

Rich started his college career at Amarillo College, always working full-time and paying his way through college.  He finished his undergraduate education at West Texas A&M University in Canyon, Texas with a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree with a double major in Accounting and Finance.

KPMG Peat Marwick is where Rich took his first steps in the accounting world.  He moved up from an Assistant Auditor to a Senior Auditor and earning his CPA in two years.

Since earning his CPA, Rich has worked in a plethora of industries and positions of responsibility.  He started as an Accounting Manager with an Amarillo based convenience store chain, and then moved to Assistant Controller for a distributor of books, music and videos.  He has served as Controller for a distribution company and a logistic company.  Next, he served as the Director of Financial Analysis and Planning for a multimedia publishing company, where he learned the value and importance of forecasting.

Rich joined SCFM in 2006 as Controller and was promoted to CFO in 2014.  Rich is fondly referred to as the Bean Counter or the Swiss Army Knife of Finance and Accounting.

When not managing month close, cash flow, payroll or forecasts, Rich enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids.  He volunteers with a local Trail Life USA troop and the Youth Group where the kids are members.  He enjoys anything outdoors: camping, backpacking, snow skiing, water skiing or scuba diving to name just a few of his favorite activities.


Jennifer Goins, Business Solutions Manager

Jennifer Goins, Business Solutions Manager

Jennifer is a native Oklahoman and a Native American proud of both her Cherokee heritage and being a successful woman in a male dominated industry.  She earned her bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tulsa. 

Jennifer started her career as a project engineer with Chevron at their polyethylene plant in Orange, Texas.  Moving to the Gulf coast in July she quickly found there are places more humid than Oklahoma!  Jennifer came to love her new home finding her way as a new engineer, learning to play soccer, and getting her scuba certification. 

Jennifer made the decision to give up her life as a Texan and her soccer career to return to Tulsa to be near her family when her father became ill.  She took a contract engineering position with AlliedSignal Automotive Catalysts which was the start of a 17 year experience that spanned the globe. 

As an engineer with AlliedSignal Jennifer had the opportunity to live in France twice, once as the start-up engineer for a new plant and again a few years later as acting engineering manager.  As Staff Engineer, Catalyst Manufacturing Systems she had engineering responsibility for six manufacturing facilities around the world managing staff of 20+ and combined capital and departmental budget of nearly $10 million. 

Jennifer joined SCFM in 2007 as chemical process engineer and quickly became a valued team member.  She has worn many hats since joining us from engineering to project management and introducing the concepts of lean manufacturing during her tenure as Operations Manager.

Jennifer’s interests outside of work are just as varied.  She enjoys spending time with family, especially her two nieces, raising vegetables, playing competitive tennis, scuba diving, and travelling. 

In June 2014 she was appointed to a three year term as a gaming commissioner for the Cherokee Nation.  Jennifer also participates as a volunteer for the TU alumni association and local political candidates.
